The comprehensive health and safety management system in place holds all all employees to the highest level of personal responsibility. . Management supports participation in our health and safety program by all employees and provides the necessary training, proper equipment and safe work practices and procedures needed to be successful.
Our Health and Safety Policies are annually reviewed by all employees and ensure that the highest level of safety possible is maintained at the workplace.

The purpose of developing a comprehensive return to work policy is to provide a detailed plan on how to return an injured worker to pre-injury duties with the input of the worker, the employer and WSIB. View our return to work policy here.
We are proud to be proactive in our approach to workplace health and safety. We are apart of the WSIB sponsored Safety Groups Program which allows us to network with other businesses in our sector to discuss current health and safety issues, create and train our employees on five new health and safety policies a year and holds us accountable by annual audits performed by the WSIB.
